Authorized account information, messages, attachments, labels and settings are accessed solely to perform the owner’s requested email tasks.

Selected data may be shared with an external AI service to perform those tasks. Messages are shared with recipients when the owner requests sending or forwarding.

Credentials are stored privately. Task data may remain in local files or service records until deleted through their respective controls. External processing follows the service’s applicable retention settings.

Access can be revoked through Google Account connections. Revocation does not delete previously retained copies.

Google data is not sold or used for advertising. Its use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

This website receives no mailbox data. Its hosting provider may process request information to operate the site.
